I kept messaging your company for support on where the package is and why it's stopped but there's no answer, terrible service. I left a bad review on the other products in Japanese but since no one wants to help me I'm at a loss. Wasted my money. Disappointed beyond recourse and I am going to take action over the ineptitude of this farce of a company. Don't buy from here. It's a total scam. These people are incompetent beyond belief.
